Job Description
Marketing Managers for building Brands in the following therapies : Oncology, Transplantation & Nephrology
Key Responsibilities :
1. Launch Develop innovative marketing strategies to gain market share in the represented market
2. Deep coordination with the sales team in implementing marketing plans to drive profitable growth
3. Formulate annual operating plan, strategic and tactical plan for the SBU, Suggest new launches etc.
4.Playing a key role in team building, focus on internal talent development, developing and maintaining relations with key customers/stakeholders, leveraging technology to ensure better sales and brand management.
Skills & Competencies:
• Leadership 8 Team Management
• Strong conceptual skills in Brand Management.
• Capability of handling complete set of brands as a therapy.
• Proficiency in Written 8 Spoken English.
• Must be Innovative, Creative, Growth oriented 8 a Smart Thinker.
Candidate Profile : Science/Pharmacy Graduate, MBA (Marketing) with around 8-10 years of experience in Brand Management 8 Sales experience of 2-3 years in pharmaceutical markets will be preferred.
