Job Description
• Support development and commercialization of new or reformulated products designing and documenting formulations which meet the company’s First-to-File and First-to-Market strategy.
• Conducts process development and scale-up of new oral dosage product (in partnership with Product Development scientists) to facilitate manufacture of pilot bio lots in the Product Development Pilot Plant.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrable ability to secure commitments for projects across the relevant functional area. Effectively represents Process Development in project team(s).
Ability to lead cross functional team and achieve results effectively.
Able to work independently on assignments.
Able to contribute to the development of new experimental approaches.
Follows policies and SOPs pertaining to the department and the organization.
Ability to understand patents and claims.
Good communication skills and the ability to work on interdisciplinary teams are required.
Familiarity with project management methodology is desirable.
Strong verbal, presentation and technical writing skills.
High level of computer literacy.
