1st IBRO/APRC Chandigarh Neuroscience Symposium at DST Inspire Internship Program Centre

International Brain Research Organization (IBRO) USA has given us the opportunity to conduct an IBRO symposium at Panjab University, Chandigarh to foster research and training in the field of Neuroscience. Pharmacology Department at University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is known for its strong base in neuroscience and behavioral pharmacology in India. Pharmacology department wishes to spread this knowledge and train the personnel in the field of neuroscience by theoretical lectures and practical demonstrations on behavioral pharmacological techniques.

1st IBRO/APRC Chandigarh Neuroscience Symposium is going to held at Panjab University on February 05, 2016. Four International neuroscientists (Japan, Hongkong, Malaysia and Singapore) are invited to deliver Plenary Lectures under IBRO/APRC Lecture Exchange Program. Indian Neuroscientists, Post-Doc, PhDs and Master's students of Pharmaceutical as well as Basic Sciences students are invited to participate in the one day symposium. A group of 200 participants will be registered on first come first serve basis for the IBRO/APRC Chandigarh Neuroscience Symposium.

• Students must submit registration cum abstract submission form signed by Principal/Head of the department as a bonafide student's certificate.
• Mode of registration: Registration fee can be paid by DD in favor of IBRO/APRC CHANDIGARH NEUROSCIENCE SYMPOSIUM payable at Chandigarh.
• Please submit hard copy of complete registration cum abstract submission form along with abstract and DD of requisite fee by post to Dr Anurag Kuhad, Organizing Secretary, University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University, Chandigarh -160 014. Poster Presentations: Best Poster Award
All participants are requested to submit an abstract and make poster presentation of their research work. Theme of presentation includes neuroscience, neuropharmacology, behavioural pharmacology, drug discovery, drug development, brain targeting, nanoscience in CNS disorders. Poster size will be 3x4 feet (width - 3 feet; length - 4 feet). The organizing committee will select three/five best poster presentations and those participants will be awarded with a certificate and cash prize.

Accommodation
Guest house on sharing basis or dormitory @ 500 per day.
Accommodation fee can be submitted with registration fee in single DD.
Hotel accommodation can be directly booked by participants.
