Job Description:
Mammalian Cell culture experience in a controlled sterile environment
- Good working understanding of the proper procedures and concentrations required to prepare buffers and solution for the laboratory.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with multiple responsibilities
Preferred Additional Experience:
- Molecular biology experience specifically with PCR/qPCR assays.
- Fluorescent immunostaining of mammalian cells; microscopy
- Duties: Cell Culture, molecular biology, and lab maintenance.
Duties/Requirements:
- Perform small and large volume cell culturing in the analytical group: plating, growing, splitting adherent cells
- Perform QC assays including qPCR and immunostaining of cells
- Perform lab and equipment maintenance
