Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Pharmacist (Allopathic) as per the following particulars.
Post : Pharmacist (Allopathic)
No of Post : Shillong-03 (UR), CGHS lmphal-02 (UR) CGHS Agartala-02 (UR)
Scale of Pay : Pay Band-1 Rs.5200-20200A + GP Rs.2800/-
Age Limit: Between 18-25 years (Relaxable as per rules)
Educational Qualification :
(i) Class-XII pass with Science subjects (Physics. Chemistry and Biology; or equivalent from a recognized Board or University)
(ii)Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized Institution and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948: and
(iii)Two years experience as Pharmacist in any recognized Hospital or Pharmacy after duly reg¬istered as Pharmaist under the Pharmacy Act. 1948; and
OR
(i) Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from recognized University or equivalent : and
(ii) Registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act. 1948
Desirable Qualification/ Experience : Working knowledge of computer/ Computer Application.
Important points to be noted by the applicants
1. The applicant must fulfill the educational qualification, experience, age limits and other criteria for the post applied for as on the last day of the receipt of the application which is 28th August, 2016
2. Applications are to be furnished in the proforma application form given below with all the relevant documents. Incomplete applications/applications received late will be summarily rejected without any communication to the candidate. Online applications will not be accepted.
3. Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of written examination to be conducted by the appropriate authority.
4. Candidates belonging to Central/State/PSU/UT Service may apply through their respective Dept, with NOC etc.
