About The Job
This position in the company will be working very closely with the Head of BD

Job Profile / Responsibilities

1. Identify, shortlist contract research organization towards undertaking BA/BE studies and/or clinical trials
   
2. Demonstrated ability to research, identify and develop relations with the CRO, differentiate capabilities, manage the identification and finalization process of CRO to its conclusion under various parameters
   
3. Liase with the CRO to finalize BA/BE symbols, protocol and following up with the CRO to have everything in place for the conduct of BA/BE studies for Getz Pharma Research
   
4. Monitor the BA/BE studies when the study is ongoing and provide input to the management on the results and next steps
   
5. Work with various internal functions to manage the related activities towards successful conduct of BA/BE studies
   
6. Project management for the client related to the BA/BE studies from initiation to completion
   

Candidate Profile

1. Project Management skills to handle the entire process very efficiently and independently
   
2. Ability to work under pressure, often managing multiple tasks
   
3. Ability to work independently
   
4. Ability to develop and analyze reports
   
5. Personnel management and Leadership Skills & experience
