Job Description
• Carry out in process and retrospective audits clinical phase of the bio study as per audit schedule.
• Carry out follow up audits for verification of corrective and preventive actions.
• Training of Executives & Research associates of QA.
• Updating & reporting the audit status of projects to Head–QA.
• Auditing of individual training records.
• Preparation and Review of clinical, General and QA SOPs.
• Carry out system audit of in-house/ contracted facilities and vendors.
• Carry out audits and authentication of clinical study reports.
• Carry out audits of Pharmacokinetic and Biostatistics reports.
• Generation, Distribution, Retrieval and archival of SOPs, forms, logbooks, protocols, any other documents, Maintenance of current SOPs, historical SOPs (soft and hard copies), Updating SOPs Index, Archiving and Retrieval of Project and Non-project related documents.

Candidate Profile:
B Pharm, M Pharm
Experience in Clinical Research with QA Bioanalytical Research
Experience - 3 to 4 yrs min.
