Job Description:
1. Conducts literature searches
2. Plans, writes, reviews, edits and coordinates the publication of clinical trial data in peer-reviewed journals according to agreed upon timelines with the client
3. Plans, writes, reviews and edits abstracts, posters and manuscripts; Develops content for and/or reviews slides
4. Plans, writes and edits regulatory documents including Study Report
5. Partners with external authors and team members (Clinical Research Physician, Statistician, PK scientist etc) from Client side to build consise, balanced and scientifically sound documents like manuscripts, protocols, study reports etc
6. Effectively uses scientific expertise to interpret and present scientific and statistical data
7. Ensures and coordinates quality checks for accuracy, collates reviewers comments, and prepares final versions
8. Works with internal and external team members to manage vendors
9. Maintains training compliance and adherence to applicable policies and procedures

Qualification:
1. Should experience of preparing CSRs
2. Effective Communication Skills
3. Leadership and team building
