Job Description:
Please find herewith required job description.
· Formulation Development of modified release solid oral dosage forms for US and Europe market.
· Preformulation /Drug: Excipient compatibility studies.
· Formulation development activity for Lab scale batches/ Pilot biostudy batches and execution of scale up and exhibit batches.
· Interpretation of BE study and Stability study reports.
· Literature search/ patent search, preparation of Master Formula Card, Product Development Report and Quality Overall Summary documents.
· Coordination with Production, Tech-Transfer, QA, QC, IPR, RA for smooth execution of exhibit batches.
· Scale-up, technology transfer and execution, stability study design of pivotal batches at manufacturing locations.
