Job Description:
1. Candidate will be responsible to formulate & recommend the Business Plan including promotion, positioning & marketing for the existing range of products for effective Brand Building.
2. Identify & launch new products.
3. Proven track record for creative ideas in literature designing and Strategic Planning.
4. To study ORG-IMS data and collect competitors information to all range of products.
5. Monitor the Return on Investment of promotional strategies.
6. To work on different free schemes, gift articles etc for doctors, chemists, distributors, field staff or sales promotion activities.
7. Training and Development of field force, Motivating them and other routine PMT work.
8. He should travel extensively for 10-15days in a month as regular field work to meet our customers.

Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate must be a M.Sc / B.Pharma graduate along with MBA (Marketing).
2. Candidate must have handled Branded generic range of Pharma products.
3. Candidate with exposure in handling high-end antibiotics or handled hospital range of products would be preferred
