Job Description:
*Plan material requirements (secondary packing include palletization in particular).
*Generate PRs and monitoring of stocks both for commercial and exhibits.
*Manage material rejections and replacements. Track and update the daily receipts.
*Followup with WH, and resolve any issues to get the material inward without any delays on daily basis.
*Preparation of daily material receipt report and extend support to purchase on need basis.
*Manage daily manufacturing activities (provide BMRs/BPRs and creation of process orders in SAP)
*Ensure all materials approved to avoid any delays of manufacturing of commercial and exhibit.
*Track the daily dispensing with warehouse, as per plan.
*Daily manufacturing report generation.
*Manage daily finished goods dispatches in coordination with corporate logists, Excise & FG ware house.
*Preparation of weekly dispatch reports.
