Job Description:
Downstream process optimization at pilot scale operation & scale up the same to manufacturing scale. Preparation of process related, equipment & cGMP facility related documentation like SOPs, validation protocols, IQ / OQ / PQ documents, BMR & checklist.
Candidate Profile:
8-10 yrs of Experience in downstream processing of recombinant proteins & MABS. Should be Familiar in operating equipments like Centrifuge / Homogenizer / Depth Filtration units / viral filtration / Formulation / Bulk preparations.
