Job Description:
Stores Activity
*Familiar in organizing the activities of Raw & Packing materials as per norms of cGMP practices to meet WHO requirements.
*Expert in Stores and Inventory management functions - like Material receipts and issues, stock re-order level, indenting.
*Analysis of slow/non-moving items, Spent / Scrap disposal activities etc.
*Looking after all the activity related to Engineering, stationery & consumable item.
*Handling work related to Inter location Stock Transfer - inter departmental co-ordination with Quality Control & Production department dispatches planning & logistic execution and others.
*Responsible for Safety & Fire Fighter.
*Innovation, Creativity & New Suggestion, Ideas for saving times & Cost.
*To follow and ensure the safety, GMP practices during the day to day activities.
*Error free in RM receipt & Issues, perfection on SAP working, Non-Moving item Analysis, new products Raw Materials handling/Storage/Safety and Co-ordination with planning & Organizing.
*Preparation of all type of Gate Passes and provide best service to customer. Clearance of Returnable Gate Pass, Preparation of Voucher, Noted Entry on daily basis.
*Preparation and review of monthly / Daily reports.
Quality in stores
Documentation and implementation of SOPs.
Departmental manual for all such as FDA, UGMP and Pre U S FDA Audit guideline. implementation of all audits.
Handling internal audit, FDA audit, Bank audit.

Candidates must be staying in Maharshtra and open to relocate in Mumbai.
Minimum Experience should be more than 8 years
