- Should be able to do litreture search for all the ongoing projects.
- Make a synthesis plan.
- Run therotical calculations & able to interpret the papers & patents.

Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should have good working knowledge of organic reaction mechnisms, Purification methods and Analytical methods.
- should be able to monitor documention process effeciently.
- Result orientated, good communication & ogranization skills.
