Job Description:
To conduct/ Organize training of MRs, First line Managers, Second Line Managers to sharpen the product knowledge & basic job skill for West Zone
Imparting orientation to new sales Personals & Front Line Managers.
To conduct/ organize developmental Programs for Sales Personals & front-Line Managers.
Responsible for new recruitment across the division and a part of the panel of interviewer along with Zonal HR
Candidate Profile:
10 to 12 Years of Exp. In Pharmaceutical Industry
Should have experience in Pharma sales and Training given to Field staff
Good Communication skills and Product knowledge
Good Understanding of Training function
Travel: Should be ready for frequent travel to as required
