Job Description:
This position is responsible for the following:
• Lead a small team of young personnel to achieve back office goals
• To build & sustain company image with customers through effective coordination with various departments within the company
• Supervision of timely execution of customer orders by SCM month after month
• Supervision of timely execution of day to day activities of IOD- BO
• Timely submission of reports to various departments
• Regular interaction with customers to build rapport
• Trouble shooting
Candidate Profile:
6 -8 years experience in back office functions/ coordination activity. Exposure to European customers, preferably to European customers
A pleasant and hardworking person, a good communicator and assertive with positive attitude who is not afraid of taking calculated risk
Should be ready walk at extra mile
