Career for B.Pharm with MBA at SVNIT - Pay upto Rs. 1.50 Lakh pm
Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat in association with Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, has established a NIDHI-TBI (Technology Business Incubator) named ASHINE (Association for Harnessing Innovation and Entrepreneurship). ASHINE, which is a section 8 (not-for-profit) company, aims to promote entrepreneurial activity on SVNIT campus and commercialization of R&D efforts across all disciplines of Engineering and Technology including Energy, Environment and Manufacturing. It also extensively undertakes pre-incubation activities for SVNIT students under the SSIP policy of Government of Gujarat. It also envisions developing incubation activities in other sectors in coming years with support from various government/semi government and private entities.
ASHINE, a NIDHI-TBI at SVNIT, Surat is looking for young and dynamic candidates for the following posts : Chief Executive Officer, Senior Incubation Manager, Incubation Manager.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Eligibility Criteria Essential : Educational
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy from a recognized University / Institute. Applicant having an additional degree of MBA or equivalent would be given due preference. or Bachelor's degree or higher in Science with an MBA or equivalent.
Experience
• The applicant must have minimum 8 years of overall work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in the start-up ecosystem, either as a start-up founder/co-founder /core team member and /or as a stakeholder of start-up ecosystem or in managing/administering a similar type of incubator or at least 3 years of industrial experience at senior management level.
• Upper Age Limit : Less than 50 years
• Salary Depending on the qualifications/experience, selected candidate will be offered salary in the range of Rs. 1.20 to 1.50 Lakh per month (all inclusive).
SENIOR INCUBATION MANAGER
Eligibility Criteria Essential :
Educational
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy / Business / Management from a recognized University/Institute. Applicant having an additional degree of MBA or equivalent would be given due preference. or Bachelor's degree or higher in Science with an MBA or equivalent.
Experience
• The applicant must have minimum 5 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the start-up sector, either as a start-up founder/co-founder /core team member and / or as a stakeholder of start-up ecosystem or in managing/administering an incubation centre or at least 2 years of managerial experience in R&D/Technology management, commercialization, business development in R&D products/services.
• Upper Age Limit : Less than 45 years
• Salary Depending on the qualifications/experience, selected candidate will be offered salary in the range of Rs. 70,000 to 90,000/- per month (all inclusive).
INCUBATION MANAGER
Eligibility Criteria Essential : Educational
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy from a recognized University/Institute. Applicant having an additional degree of MBA or equivalent would be given due preference. or Bachelor's degree or higher in Science with an MBA or equivalent.
Experience
• The applicant must have minimum 3 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year of experience in the start-up sector, either as a start-up founder/co-founder /core team member and / or as a stakeholder of start-up ecosystem or in managing/administering a similar type of incubator or at least 1 year of industrial experience at managerial level.
• Upper Age Limit : Less than 40 years
• Salary : Depending on the qualifications/experience, selected candidate will be offered salary in the range of Rs. 50,000 to 70,000/- per month (all inclusive).
