The candidates shall be a Graduate in Pharma (B.Pharma)/ Science / Commerce . Age should be around 40 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates), with a minimum of two years of experience as a Second line Manager and overall 10 years experience in the pharma trade and will be responsible for achieving sales target of his region by motivating and developing a team of Area Managers and Professional Service Representatives. The CTC will be around Rs. 10 lacks per annum .
Relaxation in eligibility criteria may be considered for the above post for exceptionally deserving candidates.
