Job Description:
• Open and launch new or unidentified areas for FMCG & Biopharmaceutical product launching.
• Execution of Sales & Marketing Strategy and to increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
• Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales target for the region.
• Seek new customers and increase sales level.
• Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes.
• Monitor, regulate & control the coverage of the designated territory for sales leads, Responsible for achieving revenue target of the assigned area/territory.
• Interaction and report to in accordance with Marketing Department & Superiors on Sales issues, Strategy and Supply Chain Management along with implementation and execution of directions and policy of Management & Company.
• Meet the target numbers, Competitive selling, Booking of orders, Billing of orders, Preparing reports on sales activity of own, subordinates and team members.
• Maintenance of all documentation relevant to his function along with activity of subordinates and team members.
• Ensure total Customer Satisfaction.
• Will have to push distributors to increase business.
Guide the sales team members in prospecting new and existing customers
