Walk in interview for Junior Research Fellow in Jiwaji University
Right from its inception, Jiwaji University started with a status of a residential and an affiliating University. The territorial jurisdiction of the affiliation extends to six districts of Gwalior and Chambal Division, viz., Gwalior, Morena, Bhind, Guna, Shivpuri and Datia. To begin with, the University had a total of 29 affiliated colleges. Those have steadily increased to more than 100 colleges. Till date of 26 Government and 7 non-Government colleges impart teaching up to postgraduate level. Some of the colleges have also developed into recognized research centers.

Applications on plain paper along with biodata, attested copies of mark-sheets and certificates from high school onward are invited for the position of one JRF in an ongoing research project sanctioned by DST, Govt. of India for a period of three months or until the tenure of the project. The applicants should be M.Sc. in Human Genetics/Genetics/Zoology and preferably CSIR- UGC NET, GATE qualified, with at least 55% marks. A working (research) experience in molecular biology area is desirable.

The Applicants are required to appear for a walk-in-interview on 25th May 2015 at 11.00 A.M. at Center for Genomics, Jiwaji University, Gwalior, along with above documents.
