Job Description
Pupose : Drive and grow Abbott's business within identified Key Accounts; understand volume of Abbott business in these accounts, anticipate barriers to product usage and ensure access to reach ) targets. Drive execution of brand engagement activities.
Core Job Responsibilities
• Build the Abbott brand and image within identified Key Accounts (Hospitals- ICCUs , Cathlabs , Valve clinics)
• Deliver on Brand objectives within identified Key Accounts – play an active part within Brand Teams across Divisions and identify opportunities to work collaboratively to improve business outcomes
• Identify key stakeholders and build and manage relationships within identified Key Accounts ( HODs, Professors , Lecturers)
•Manage relationships with non-clinician stakeholders (Paramedical, Pharmacist-Purchase managers , Distributors )
• Develop strategy and concise engagement plans for Key Accounts with clear objectives and activities to optimise usage and funding of Abbott products
• Execute the engagement plans and facilitate interactions with all in-field functions interacting with the Key Account and ensure consistency
• Coordinate and lead internal Abbott interactions (even without direct reporting lines), thereby building strong internal network and provide business rationale, reach consensus, resolve conflicts, escalate issues
• Liaise to provide stakeholders with tailored value clinical and economic information including developing service offerings
• Regularly track the execution and impact of activities and performance of Key Accounts
