Job Responsibilities:
- Adherence to cGMP & EHS norms of the company.
- Cleaning & Operation of the plant equipment’s as per the procedures mentioned in respective SOPs.
- Verification of the Raw material & Packing material received in plant against the requested quantity, identification & proper closure of containers/bags, its Approval status and overall cleanliness etc.
- Execution of the API / CRAMS batches as per the procedures mentioned in respective BMR & documenting the observations in relevant record.
- Production entries in BMR, Equipment Log-books, Balance calibration record & other relevant documents. Conducting/executing plant operations viz. solid/liquid charging, maintaining, heating, cooling, distillation, extraction, separation, filtration etc. as per SOP.
- Operation & use of different types of PPEs.
- Maintenance of plant equipment’s, documents & housekeeping in plant.
- Issuance of in process samples to QC along with sample intimation.
- Issuance of Intermediate / finished product intimation slip to QC.
- Verification of in process analytical records/reports received from QC.
- Proper handling of all the Equipment’s & Utility streams used in the plant.
- Issuance of Maintenance work intimation to Engg.Dept.
- Performing operations in time and as per given instructions in controlled documents.
- Pre Check of equipment / vessel / system / accessories / plant area etc. before its hand over
- for any type of maintenance work.
- Post verification of the equipment / vessel / system / accessories / plant area etc. after completion of maintenance work.
- Handling of all types of hazardous/toxic/flammable chemicals/materials/ gases with following the all necessary safety precautions.
- To acquire the knowledge of First-aid, firefighting, use of fire extinguishers etc. to tackle the abnormalities in plant & to execute the plant operations safely & smoothly.
- To take part in training programmes.

Candidate Profile:
- Familiar with routine chemistry techniques
- Familiar with production equipment and utilization of this equipment to carry out their work. Motivated by hands-on aspect of industry and mechanical interests.
- Good understanding of the theory underlying the methods they have mastered.
- Ability to maintain effective time management skills when making decisions.
- Educational qualification - Science Graduate with 2 to 3 years of working experience.
