Job Description
  • Ensuring execution of manufacturing and packing operations of parenteral dosage forms as per the timelines specified.
  • Ensure compliance to systems and written procedures.
  • Training of Technicians, Executives and other colleagues with regard to written procedures and systems.
  • Ensure to up keep the area in cleaned  and  in validated state.
  • Preparation and approval of written procedures / Validation protocols / MMR and MPR etc.
  • To undertake incident investigation and corrective action
  • To undertake investigation in case of market complaint and undertake corrective action
  • Review BMR, BPR, validation protocols, performance verification records, CCF, RCF, SOP, SCI, SOI, guideline, BOMQ, packing specifications and recommend corrections and upgradations if any.
  • Initiate addition / deletion of production personals access into production area.
  • Shall act as designee to Head Production in absence.
  • Ensuring online documentation and complying to the internal audit observations.
  • Improvement and innovation on the processes to ensure smooth and contamination free products.
  • Issue and control of registers and files.
  • Ensure effective safety systems are implemented in the premises.

Candidate Profile
About 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing & packing of sterile dosage forms. B.Pharm or  M.Pharm/M.S., with specialisation in Pharmaceutics or Industrial Pharmacy.
