Job Description
The primary function of Director - Operations Quality Remediation is to Lead the remediation activities of manufacturing quality of the 3 Mfg. Blocks (Ceph, Penicillin and Penem) for strengthening Quality Systems and effectively remediate processes by:
  • Leading and guiding the Managers (Ceph, Penicillin and Penem) by the development and execution of remediation activities for respective areas
  • Manage project activities through provision of oversight and guidance
  • Provide oversight for execution of the remediation strategy.
  • Preview/provide feedback and technical/scientific support on any project deliverable, i.e. remediation strategy, plan reports, etc.

Candidate Profile
  • 15  years of industry experience with 2 years staff management experience in an advanced area and five years of pharmaceutical experience with a good understanding of the regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep understanding of program management required.
  • Experience in managing regulatory inspections.
  • Hands on experience in Quality Operations in Sterile Manufacturing set up
  • Ability to interpret guidance, regulatory expectations, corporate SOPs and expertise in validation of sterile manufacturing systems, equipment, processes
