Post: Physician Engagement Associate
Job Description
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with listed and prospective providers in the assigned territory to build awareness on need, benefits and availability of WHO endorsed tests for TB.
• Visiting in-person to providers for detailing scientific content pertaining to the diagnostic tests and notification needs as per the work plan.
• Achieve assigned targets monthly and annual) for demand generation of diagnostic tests
• Facilitate logistics of CME programs, organized by client for mass awareness on TB diagnosis and treatment.
• Facilitate collection of patient details required for notification by contacting lab collection centers or patients telephonically by way of sensitive & effective communication.
• Respond to TB test related queries and escalating issues or unresolved queries in case any to client on a timely basis.
• Ensure price adherence by diagnostic Labs as agreed under the charter and effective in the said period.
• Gathering and reporting data on numbers of tests conducted, positives TB cases and MDR cases diagnosed at each lab and updating client related database regularly.
Candidate Profile:
• Qualification: BSc / MSc / B Pharm / M Pharm with 1 to 3 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
• Target orientation
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Local Language
• Computer skills - Knowledge of MS-Office
• Candidates with two Wheeler preferred
