Vacancy for Junior Research Fellow at Pondicherry University
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for position of Project Staff/JRF in the DST funded project titled “Graphene and its Related Materials for Energy and Environmental Applications” at the Centre for Nanoscience and Technology, Pondicherry University. The tenure is for six months or till the termination of project or till fund availability. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Post : Project Staff / JRF (One)
Eligibility : Candidates must have M.Sc. in Physics / Material Science / Chemistry / Nanoscience or M.Tech in Material science / Nanoscience / Nanotechnology with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Age Limit : 28 years.
Fellowship : 16,000 / month consolidated.
Desirable : Research experience in synthesis of nanomaterial and graphene related materials. The competent authority may select candidates in the lower position against the above post, subject to approval. At present, there is no opportunity for registering Ph.D. degree under this project.
