Job Description:
*Provide analytical and consulting services in designing, delivering and executing projects related to IO-Strategic Business Insights & Pricing (IO-International Operations)    
*Ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support to IO Marketing    
*Process various data files into useful analyses for stakeholders in Strategic Business Insights & Pricing team – primarily the senior management level    
*Develop custom analysis tools in a variety of programming languages and applications such as Advanced Excel, VBA, Powerpoint, Access & SAP system (Business Warehouse or Business Objects) and IMS databases (MIDAS)    
*Use strong quantitative as well as qualitative abilities to integrate and analyse data (Pharma-specific)    
*Ability to relate the quantitative analyses against the background of macro-economic trends, financial information and competitive intelligence to arrive at actionable business insights    
*Strong focus on insight generation – ability to answer the “so what?”    
*Prepare high quality presentations (ppt decks) according to NN Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) guidelines and participate in meetings to deliver results and make recommendations    
*Aim to become a preferred “go-to” resource to the affiliates on market trends and untapped market potential    
*Ensure process documentation is recorded and maintained to deliver high quality projects    
*Contribute to continuous improvement – in terms of process/tools    
*Ad hoc reporting activities and active participation in business meetings (in person or remotely)    
*Independently drive and execute tasks/projects with minimal supervision    
*Enhance good department team spirit in Marketing Analytics    
*Engage in intra-team knowledge sharing activities
