Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling of the following posts under National Health Mission (NHM), Nabarangpur on contractual basis with monthly remuneration as noted against each and subject to renewal as per OSH & FW Society norms and conditions.

Pharmacist (Logistic Assistant) - 01
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy.
Minimum 1 year work experience in managing a drug store in a reputed hospital/ Health centre recognized by Government.

Duration: The engagement will be for a period of maximum 11 months. The period however, will depend upon the completion of the project, policy of the society, requirement as well as satisfactory performance.

Remuneration: Rs. 9.350/-P.M.+ P.I. as admission in PIP.

Age limit: 21 to 35 years as on 01.01.2016.
The candidate should preferably be a native of the district

Protocol Manager (RSBY) - 01
Eligibility Criteria: D.Pharma with PGDCA/DCA with adequate knowledge of computer particularly in MS office. Previous work experience of similar kind shall be an added advantage. Applicants having higher qualification can also apply but no additional advantage will be given.

Selection Procedure: Selection would be done only on the basis of written test & computer test. Candidates secured below 50% marks in the written test should not be allowed for computer test.

Remuneration: Rs. 5.600/-P.M.

Age limit: 21 to 35 years as on 01.01.2016.
The candidate should preferably be a native of the district.

Rogi Kalyan Samiti. of DHH Nabarangpur will issue engagement order initially for period of one year and renewal will be conducted basing up on the performance decided by the concerned RKS.

1. Attested copies of two passport size color photograph.
2. Attested copies of recent Residence certificate.
3. Attested copy of all certificates /Mark sheets in proof of the claim made by the candidate relating to his educational qualification.
4. Attested copy of recent caste certificate for the post of MTS.
5. Attested copy of Computer certificate.
6. Attested copy of valid employment card.
7. Experience certificate if any.
8. Attested copy of valid two wheeler driving license for the post of MTS.
9. One self addressed envelope size 24x1 Ocm with the affix postage stamp worth of Rs. 5/-

1. Selected candidates should submit an undertaking that they will not claim any regular appointment in future. The posts are purely on contractual basis.
