Job Description
• Maintenance of reference safety information (RSI) repository [including sharing, maintenance, and archival of reference safety information; tracker maintenance; regular review against published product list; and timely coordination and reconciliation with points-of-contact or subsidiaries/vendors team-mates for the same]
• Global medical information (Ml) query management (along with allergen information management), including coordination with vendors/global or domestic points-of-contact or subsidiaries/ team-mates for responses, ensuring timely closure of queries, and sharing appropriate feedback with vendors, as required)
• Sharing of domestic device-specific product complaints with concerned points-of-contact, including coordination with vendors/domestic points-of-contact or team-mates * Supporting medical information (Ml) call center vendor oversight activities (including post-procedural quality check and global Ml trending)
• Maintenance of trackers related to activities handled by the position
• Actively contribute to the development of processes, applications, and methodologies in the department and to continuous process improvement and development for the activities handled by the position.
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BAMS / BHMS / Graduation in any other life sciences domain
Exp : 2-5 years into Medical Information, Label Management, Pharmacovigilance, Cross Functional Coordination
Location : Work from home
