Criteria
• Graduate / Post Graduate with 8-13 years of Administration experience in Pharma industry
Job Details
• Handling of complete office Administration, Transportation, Security, Gardening, Canteen and Contract labour, etc
• Handling Visitor Management, Vendor Management, Bill processingand Records Keeping.
• Preparation of weekly, monthly reports, pertaining of all admin documents.
• Review & updation of Admin related SOP's on timely basis
• Forecast and prepare yearly budgets for facility upkeep and maintenance
