Established during the Swadeshi Movement of India, Biological E. Limited (BE) started during a time when the nation sought access to critical healthcare products. Founded and led by Dr. DVK Raju, Biological E. Limited commenced its operations in 1953 as a biological products company manufacturing liver extracts and anti-coagulants. With an objective of transitioning from treating diseases to preventing them, Biological E. Limited launched its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccines and Biologics Division) and commenced large-scale production of DPT vaccines as early as 1962.
Post : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - ARD
Experience & Qualification : 5-9 Yrs M.Sc/B.Pharm/B.Tech with more than 5 years of working experience in NMR spectroscopy.
Work Location : Shameerpet, Pharma Division, Hyderabad.
Key skills Required
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Mainly working with NMR spectrometer.
• Knowledge and working experience of other analytical techniques like LC-MS, SEM etc. is good to have.
• Should be able to design and implement NMR experiments for structural elucidation, quantification and conformational studies of small molecules.
• Development and validation of ID and 2D NMR (13C HSQC, 15N HSQC) techniques used for Characterization of complex molecules. Maintenance and basic troubleshooting of NMR spectrometer is desirable.
• Understanding of synthetic chemistry is expected.
• Working experience in a GMP/GLP facility is desirable
