The company manufactures a range of products such as Ethical drugs, Generic drugs, over the counter drugs (OTC) and Herbal formulations in various dosage forms and markets them under the trade mark, Syncom. The company manufactures various dosage forms, which include tablets, capsules, eye/ ear drops, ointment and creams and dry syrups. They have an established product-marketing network covering both metro and mini-metro cities, which enable them to reach their existing and potential customers through their network of distributors and dealers spread across the country.

Job Description
1. Accountability for production, productivity, quality of our process & products
2. Monitor, control and correct all critical parameters at all stages of production.
3. Ensure proper utilization of resources
4. Be thoroughly conversant with all critical activities of Tablet and Capsule Production
5. Ensure production and storage of all products according to the set guidelines.
6. Conformation to WHO- GMP guidelines and other good practices.
7. Ensure in-process QC and its strict implementation.
8. Ensure proper consumption of Raw and Packing Material and also final yield of the product.
9. Be conversant SOP related logbooks and BMRs which have to be filled up appropriately and Online.
10. Should face plant audits by such outside local/international authorities
11. Not only manage process machineries/equipments but also the utilities which are getting supplied in the production areas.
12. Provide insight and direction to the associates in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
13. Able to handle audits.
Candidate Profile
Experienced Candidates Only. Should be FDA approved TABLET / CAPSULE Production Manager with WHO-GMP audit experience along with good communication and leadership skills.
