The Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS) has been established by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as an autonomous institute, under the Societies act. The mission of ILBS is to become a dedicated international centre of excellence for the diagnosis, management and advanced training and research in the field of liver and biliary diseases.  The first phase of ILBS is already functional having 180 hospital beds, 74 of which cater as intensive care (ICU) beds.

Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research is an autonomous institution that was established in 1989 by the Department of Science and Technology, GoI to commemorate the birth centenary year of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Bharat Ratna Prof. C. N. R. Rao, FRS, was the founding President. The Centre was registered as a society with Dr. Raja Ramanna (eminent physicist and Former Chairman, DAE) as its first Chairman.

The ICMR-National Institute of Traditional Medicine (ICMR-NITM) is an institute of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the only institute in the ICMR family dedicated to harnessing knowledge on Traditional Medicines.
