Post: Junior Research Fellow

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for a Project Assistant or Junior Research Fellow position in a DST funded project No. SR/FT/CS-024/2010 to work on research proposal entitled, “Novel synthetic approach to p-type (Nano) Transparent Semiconducting Oxides of Delafossite type structure by soft chemistry routes and the  study of their properties.”

Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry/Material Science with first class and preferably with GATE/ NET / NET Lectureship qualified.

Emoluments: Rs. 16,000 per month for first two years and Rs. 18,000 per month for third year (in case of JRF); Rs. 12,000 for project Assistant.

Duration:Two years from now or completion of project, whichever is earlier. Selected candidate may be permitted to register for Ph.D programme of BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus subject to the fulfillment of the requirements.
