Job Description:
Responsible for Training & Development of Field Force across vertical
Class room & on the job Training
Followup & Ananlysis on pre post training assignments
Coordination with other departments (HR, Marketing, Sales)
Improving the Productivity
Training Modules

Candidate Profile:
*Candidate must have done Diploma in Training.
*having Pharma Exposure of min 8 -10 yrs.
*Candidates whose current location is Delhi / NCR need to apply
