Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH) was established as an autonomous organisation in 1978, under the Dept. of AYUSH, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. Primarily a research body, CCRH has a multi-dimensional approach to research and its varied research activities include 'Survey, collection and cultivation of medicinal plants', 'Drug standardisation', 'Drug proving', 'Clinical verification' and 'Clinical research'. Besides, CCRH also collaborates with other research bodies for researches and monitors extramural researches. To meet its objective of result-oriented research, CCRH pursues various clinical studies on different conditions or diseases. These diverse activities have taken CCRH to the helm of affairs of homoeopathic research and the Council has begun to get recognition from all sides. CCRH strives to keep going with its efforts of upgrading the science of Homoeopathy, through a pragmatic and rational approach and to take Homoeopathy to newer heights.

Place of the posting: CCRH Hqrs., New Delhi.

Pay band Rs. 9300-34800+4200 (PB-2),

Age: 35 years and below.(Relaxable for Govt./Public undertaking employees and other categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Govt, from time to time.

Essential Qualifications : First or High Second class Post-Graduate Degree in M.Sc. Botany / Pharmacognosy / M. Pharma from a recognized University/Institution. 3 years Research /Teaching experience in Pharmacognosy after obtaining the degree in a recognized University / Institution. OR
Ph.D. in the concerned discipline from a recognized University / Institution.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.    Attested copies of educational qualifications, experience, age, caste certificate etc. should be attached with the application along with two recent passport size photographs. Original certificates are required to be produced at the time of interview.
2.    New Pension Scheme of the Council will be applicable.
3.    The number of vacancies and places of posting as shown against each post may vary subject to requirement at the stage of final selection.
4.    The candidates selected for appointment against the posts mentioned above are liable to transfer any where in India and the individual selected against the above vacancies will be posted in any of the Institutes/ Units/Hq rs office of the Cou ncil.

6.    Applications for the vacancies from SI. No. 05 and 06 in the prescribed format are to be submitted to the The Deputy Director Incharge, Central Research Institute (Homoeopathy), A, 1/1, Sector 24, Noida (U. P)-201301. Last date for the receipt of applications, by the respective Offices as mentioned above, is 22.11.2011. The application received after the last date OR with incomplete information will be summarily rejected.
7.    Application format can be downloaded from Council's website www.ccrhindia.org. The completed application form should be sent by Registered Post to the respective addresses as given in SI. 05 and 06 under General Conditions. The candidates should
mention "Application for the post of    " in bold
letters on top of the envelope.
8.    In case the number of candidates is more, proportionate to the number of vacancies, candidates may be short listed on the basis of qualification/ experience/written test, to be decided by the Competent Authority.
9.    Persons already in service must submit his/her application, through the Employer, with "No Objection Certificate". However, an advance copy of the application along with the documents can be submitted. The Original application through the Employer should reach the respective In-charges mentioned at SI. No. 05 and 06 under General Conditions before the closing date, failing which the application will be rejected and application if any sent by the candidates other than the instructions at SI. No. 05 & 06 will be rejected straightaway without any information.
10.    The competent authority reserves the right to extend the closing date for receipt of applications and also reserves the right to postpone/cancel the recruitment exercise for any/all posts in any stage.
11.    Maximum age limit in respect of the post specified will be counted as on 31.10.2011, except for the post at Sr. No. 1.
12.    The date, time, venue of the written test/interview will be intimated to the candidates later on through call letter/web-site.
13.    One self addressed envelope (11 x5 cm) affixing postal stamps worth Rs.25/- along with the duly filled in application, should accompany the application separately.
14.    The jurisdiction for all legal matters for this recruitment will be New Delhi and legal cases filed (if any) in other courts will not be maintainable.
15.    Council will not be held responsible for any postal delay during correspondence between the Council and candidates.
16.    No TA/DA will be admissible for attending written test/Interview.
17.    Canvassing in any form OR on behalf of a candidate will be a disqualification.
