Job Description:
B.Pharm /B.Sc. having at least 16 to 18 years experience in Sales Management including a 1-2 years of experience as a 3nd line manager in a reputed pharma company.
Exposure in the field of Dermatology is preferred
Participate in strategy meetings & provide inputs to marketing department. Ensure that all the key marketing projects & activities are implemented effectively during each cycle in his/her region.
Lead the team to achieve the organizational objectives through proper goal setting, guidance, motivation & coaching of the RBM's wherever necessary.
Ensure that the following is prepared & adhered to:-
• Territory coverage plan of RBMs, TBM & PS's
• KOL list & Coverage by RBM.
• Validation of customer list as per company norms
• Ensuring timely reporting systems for team through CRM
Manage distribution channel and ensure that adequate inventories are maintained at every level.

Monitor/track the activities of each RBM. Provide adequate & timely feedback to Marketing team.
Compilation & Analysis of field work reports by RBM's, TBM’s & PS's
