Job Description:

The following additional qualifications would be required:
Technical Mastery - Prior QA experience i.e.,basic compliance requirements and/or conducting self inspection audits. Ability to understand & deploy product specifications, quality control test is required. Candidate should have a degree/ masters in Science (Chemistry/Microbiology).


Collaboration skills - Must be able to work effectively with contractor QC/QA team and with P&G team at the site.

Training - Candidate must have ability to provide basic lab systems training, reinforce good lab practices.


Communication skills - Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with CM QA and P&G team on site. Candidate must be able to understand and interpret site level Std Operating Procedures and send reports / updates on daily/ weekly results.
Candidates without any location constraints will be preferred. This position is based at Mandideep. Candidates with Baddi location may also apply.

QA technical skills - Lab systems, Technical standards and Policies and Compliance (basic level).

Travel to Health Care sites and suppliers in India may be required occasionally especially for training/ onboarding. Significant portion of the initial onboarding could be at Baddi/ Mandideep sites to gain hands on experience. Candidates with work experience in regulated business QA will be preferred. Candidates with no prior QA experience (but Science background) can be considered if open to longer QA assignment duration (4 years).
