Job Description:
FORMULATION RESEARCH
Group Leaders/Research Scientists/Research Associates
Qualifications: M.Pharm/Ph.D.

Capabilities: Well acquainted with all activities pertaining to formulation development techniques, product development from literature survey, patent evaluation for product under development, stability studies, technology transfer and process optimization to get cost effective and quality formulations. Competent enough to design and develop various pharmaceutical dosage forms, give technical inputs for dossier preparations & product registration. Should have knowledge and exposure in NDDS, Euro, ANDA and other regulatory requirements.

ANALYTICAL RESEARCH
Group Leaders/Research Scientists/Research Associates
Qualifications: M.Sc./M.Pharm/Ph.D.

Capabilities: Thorough understanding and on-hand experience in Analytical Method Development, Validation and Stability Studies as per EU/US requirements. Having thorough knowledge of impurity profiling, dissolution profiling and stability studies for developed market. Should possess operational knowledge of sophisticated instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, LC-MS, etc. Essential to have exposure to regulatory audits like US FDA, MCC South Africa, MHRA UK, TGA Australia, ANVISA Brazil, etc.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS
Group Leader/Research Scientists/Research Associates
Qualifications: M.Pharm/Ph.D.

Capabilities: In-depth understanding of GMPs, US FDA, MHRA UK, EU, ANVISA Brazil, TGA Australia, MCC South Africa, ICH Regulatory guidelines. Should have experience in ANDA/DMF filing for advanced markets. Skills to co-ordinate with Pharma research, analytical research and manufacturing team members to compile dossiers and also to interact with various regulatory bodies for filing are essential.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Group Leader/Research Scientist
Qualifications: M.Sc./M.Pharm

Capabilities: A perfectionist with the ability to plan, schedule, monitor and review activities of operations, validation and compliance across product lines as per SOPs and cGMP guidelines taking into consideration the established quality policy. Should have experience in implementation of quality systems, monitoring process validation, maintaining QS documents, participating in internal audits across the various units & training of departmental and cross-functional personnel.

PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT
Assistant Group Leader/Research Scientist
Qualifications: B.Sc./M.Sc. & Diploma in Packaging Development

Capabilities: Rich experience in packaging development as per USFDA requirement for pharmaceutical formulations, setting of specifications and sourcing. Should possess thorough knowledge on pharmaceutical packaging machines, artwork preparations and periodical review as per regulatory requirements.
