It’s our proud privilege to announce that Maharana Pratap College of Pharmacy (MPCP), Kanpur is organizing “Pharma HR Meet 2014” on 15thNovember, 2014 at HotelLe Mariet, Nalagarh road, Baddi (H.P) from 06.00 pm onwards.
The Pharma HR Meet will be attended by senior pharma professionals like Pharmaceutical Plant Heads, GM, DGM, Senior Managers (Production / Quality control / Quality Assurance) and Senior HR Heads / Managers from different reputed companies.
The previously organized “Pharma HR Meet 2013” on 13th April 2013 was a great milestone for academia as well as industry. The distinguished speakers from Glenmark Pharmaceutical Ltd, Micro Lab Ltd, Martin & Brown, Comed Chemicals Ltd, Dr.Reddys Lab, Cipla Ltd. and Wockhardt Ltd etc. shared their valuable technical experience and knowledge with the students for becoming efficient Pharma professional.
The main objective of this event is to build up a strong Industry-Academia Interface to discuss the following agenda.
• What Industry is expecting from Pharma graduates?
• What problems, Pharma graduates are facing in Industry?
Based on the resolutions of these deliberations, MPCP would be able to nurture more industry oriented pharma professionals so that they will be able to serve the industry in updated and dynamic manner.
All the heads of the Pharmaceutical plants and two of your senior colleagues are cordially requested to participate in the Pharma HR Meet. Your valuable presence will benefit the Pharma HR Meet. The resolutions of the meet will help us to create a policy paper and the road map to go ahead for grooming the aspiring Pharma graduates to be in main stream.
