Job Description :
This position will be a part of the India Leadership team and will report to the Managing Director. He/ She will be fully accountable for the P&L of Oncology portfolio of Roche Pharma India and also responsible to lead and develop a team of about 90 employees from the Oncology Business Unit

  • You will be responsible for delivering results as per the agreed annual and midterm plan, lead sales and marketing teams, own customer relationships and contribute to shaping the strategy of Roche Pharma India
  • You will lead the marketing team to drive marketing strategy
  • You will  also lead the sales team to achieve their monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets and carry out reviews
  • You will work in collaboration with cross functional teams such as Medical, Finance, Business Analytics & Strategy Effectiveness, Market Access in order to develop and drive the franchise strategy
  • You will set objective goals, evaluate performance of team members, coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional performance and engagement.

 

Candidate Profile

  • You have proven track record in delivering results and currently leading a team and Business Unit
  • You are Post Graduate in education (Post Graduation is a preference) and have knowledge of business planning, marketing and sales disciplines and the pharmaceutical market in India
  • You are someone with a proven track record of effective leadership, business results as well as the ability to instill a sense of purpose, generate enthusiasm  and commitment and rally teams together
  • You deliver superior results by trusting and empowering resilient teams, recognize individuals/teams for progress and also celebrate success
  • You are someone who challenges the organization to be curious, question the status quo and adopt new approaches
  • You have demonstrated the ability to deliver exceptional performance and lead with integrity, courage and passion
