Post : Sr Product Specialist/ Deputy Manager - Product Management

Main Purpose: 
To work with the business head to develop and execute appropriate marketing strategies in order to drive growth and gain market share for Ventilation division.
Effectively utilize the marketing budget, execute and administer marketing programs.
Develop and implement annual business plan and long term strategic plan along with business head.

Key Accountabilities
* Develop marketing strategy
* Execute marketing programs and track results
* Develop selling aids and tools
* Develop clinical reference materials
* Lead new product launches end to end
* Review, develop and implement pricing strategy
* Monitor competitor activities and market share.
* Conduct market research
* Prepare tactical campaigns and train team on gaining over competition
* Prepare monthly / quarterly management reports and presentations
* Be the key point of contact with region and global marketing teams
* Identify and nurture relationships with KOLs
* Liaise with Regulatory for product registration
* Manage demo equipment, samples and compliance approvals for various programs and activities
* Conduct sales team training

 

Experience and Knowledge:
* Extremely proficient in Powerpoint and Excel.
* Should be able to present and communicate ideas clearly to management
* Strong analytical skills
* People and networking skills, able to influence sales team
* Both result and process orientation, systematic and methodical
* Strategic thinking and long term focus

Additional Information:
Experience and Knowledge:
About 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in healthcare industry
Qualifications:
Science Graduate with MBA from a reputed institute
