Job Description:
Responsibilities:
·  Perform all project related Pharmacovigilance activities. Reviewing overall departmental activities of team members. Monitor metrics (productivity and quality).
·  Creation and revision of standard operating procedure and study related documents. Ensure quality on final deliverables.
·  Play a lead role in planning, implementing and validating new and updated technologies and other Pharmacovigilance project related initiatives as appropriate.
· Develop, revise, coordinate, schedule and deliver effective training programs for designated staff members.
· Keep the senior management informed about the project status in relation to quality and timelines
· Identify, discuss and negotiate resolution of issues/concerns with appropriate groups in an open and timely manner.
· Maintenance of project related documents until retention period.
·  Participate in recruitment of new staff, Propose promotion and termination actions.
·   Tracking and managing the projects, oversee its progress, identify risks and taking corrective action to rectify any errors.
· Identify issues if any in ongoing projects and taking necessary corrective action for the same.
· To ensure maximum capacity utilization: Responsible for daily Resource Management and workload handling in terms of prioritization, delegation, completion, tracking and reporting

Candidate Profile
EXPERIENCE: 7 to 9 Years in the Respective Field.
