Tasks
1. In charge of HLL pharmaceutical products business in International Market by developing new markets and maintain the existing networks.
2. Support global partners with our sales and marketing innovations.
3. Opening up of new markets for our pharmaceutical ranges of products, with special focus to Africa (Partner identification and appointment, product registration and product launch.)
4. Devise sales and marketing strategy for new markets/focused markets and ensure its successful implementation.
5. Internal & External sales team training.
6. Developing & managing an international channel network for HLL Pharmaceutical products.
7. Successful implementation of promotional programs, in association with PMG.

Requirements
Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01/02/2015.

Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Manager  - Rs. 20600 - 46500 / Senior Manager - Rs. 24900 - 50500/-
Annual CTC: Manager -  Rs.8.0 lakhs / Senior Manager - Rs.9.9 lakhs (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Consolidated pay range(For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Manager - Rs.30,000 - 50,000 / Senior Manager - Rs.35,000  65,000/- per month (inclusive of all allowances & benefits)

Qualification:
Essential: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
Desirable: Overseas working experience

Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Proven track record in international sales with minimum 5/8 years of experience in a reputed organization

1.Overseas working experience would be an added advantage.
2. Exposed to the following functional areas:  registration of product, retail redistribution, key account management, sales promotion, sales administration, demand forecasting, order management and sales planning.
3. Transparent in his work.
4. Passion for excellence. Should possess an advanced level of team leading skills.
5.  Should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to questions and concerns from team members and trade partners etc..
6. Dynamic & willing to roll-up sleeves & work in the market
7. Proactive, hands-on and highly result-oriented & should be adept at handling multiple functions in an oversea business environment.
8. Should possess motivational, decision making, leadership, analytical skills with high standards of ethics, respect for people & commitment to the organization.
