Job Description
To achieve the revenue and profit targets for Medical OEM business for the assigned territory. 
•To develop new businesses within assigned territory and grow existing account 
•To ensure compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality Standards, Policies and Guidelines with regard to products, procedures and operations.

Key Responsibilities
New business: Concentrate on business development activities by focusing on medical device manufacturers, drug manufacturers. In addition, identify potential diagnostic markets. All the activities should lead to ensure a rich funnel of potential new businesses. 
• Key Account Management: Maintain current Key Accounts within assigned territory and continuously introducing new products to expand business share within key accounts. 
• Develop and execute short and long term tactical sales plans and account plans for assigned territory 
• Align with global strategy to commercialize Pall differentiated product and/or strategic products in assigned markets as market opportunities presents. 
• Liaise with Regulatory and Quality to ensure information is provided to customers accurately. 
•Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing, new investment within the region and potentials.
