The Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) Mumbai was established as the Department of Chemical Technology on 1st October, 1933 by the University of Mumbai, through active support of industries and philanthropists. The Institute was most popularly known as UDCT, Mumbai. Research has been an integral part of ICT since its inception and it has created over 500 first generation entrepreneurs.
For a JRF to work on a Project sponsored by DST-SERB under Dr. Pavan M. More at Department of Chemistry, in the area of oxidation of volatile organic compound using catalyst
Qualification: MSc. in Chemistry with NET LS, JRF or GATE, preferences given to the inorganic and physical chemistry
Remuneration: Rs. 25,000 /- pm (Two year as JRF) and 28,000 /- pm (Third year as SRF)
Project Duration: Three years (Initially for 12 months, tenure will be extended based on performance of the candidate)

The selected candidate may be allowed to register for PhD (Chemistry) degree as per rules of ICT. No TA OR DA will be paid and candidate has to bear their own expenses.
