Job Description:
Conducts routine analytical and compliance tasks and performs assigned maintenance activities.
Performs routine testing, initially under supervision Uses limited technical knowledge to solve basic analytical problems Assists with calibration, maintenance and qualification of instrumentation in conjunction with vendors or site services, as required. May perform method development and validation under directed supervision Operates within the requirements of the Novartis Quality System and HSE regulations Demonstrates desired Novartis Values and Behaviours Assesses data generated versus specification and known trends.Accuracy of work/error rate Work rate Ownership of data and understanding of its impact Integrity with regard to quality system requirements Knowledge and comprehension of techniques and systems
