Job Description:
PURPOSE
Perform training delivery, administration, interpretation and compliance of global learning programs according to established policies and procedures. Provide support and guidance to GBO operational team members globally in their day-to-day operational roles.  Support the continuous improvement of the training function through development and implementation of Learning and Development programs in an assigned functional area, geography or business line. With guidance, provide expertise, support and advice to employees and management teams either locally, regionally, globally or by function. Serve on work streams for Global GBO initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create new and/or update existing training materials
Prepare course materials for training sessions.
Facilitate global training sessions when needed.
Develop, update and/or conduct training programs for employees or through assigned vendors.
Provide training and development support globally, with additional emphasis on oversight of EMEA specific programs
Consult with GBO leadership and management and perform assessments/training needs analysis.  Analyse outputs, propose solutions, implement agreed solution and then follow up to ensure success.
Develop effective relationships with Global Talent to enhance synergy for a comprehensive educational process
Conduct course evaluations and make suggestions to GBO leadership and management on continuous improvement
Provide career and development consultation to employees.
Develop recommendations and solutions for training issues independently.
Identify and make recommendations for the learning program and process improvements.
Develop and maintain a network of professional training contacts.
Maintain and keep current on developments and trends in the training field.
Serve on global work steams for GBO initiatives.
Attend appropriate country/region or global meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good knowledge of organizational development principles and methods
Strong interpersonal, project management, organizational and leadership skills
Strong globally appropriate verbal and written communication skills
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of curriculum design
Good consulting/coaching/mentoring skills
Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
Good listening and diagnostic skills
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

High degree of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work productively with a remote Line Manager
Ability to work with proactively with little guidance

Ability to lead, guide and motivate staff to achieve desired results
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
with co-workers, managers and clients
Flexible working hours, to be available to cover other regions training sessions

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field and 7 years of appropriate contextual and/or Global/international training experience, rather than; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
Regular sitting for extended periods of time
May be occasionally required to travel
