Job Description

  • Conduct experiments to support technology transfer to plant;  Follow up in plant validation batches during the technology transfer; Collect and file validation batch reports; Record the day to day experimental data; Perform analysis like HPLC, GC, wet analysis etc. for inprocess and intermediates
  • Conduct experiments according to designed processes; Inform immediate superior about work progress; Record the day to day experimental data; Performing analyses like HPLC, GC, wet analysis etc. for inprocess and intermediates
  • Conduct experiments against the troubleshooting issues identified;  Record the experimental data
  • Calibration of the equipment according to schedule; Record results into the calibration records; Maintain the laboratory as per CGHP with assistance from semi skilled workers.
  • Review MSDS before using the chemicals/intermediates etc.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor in  Pharmacy / Bachelor in Science / Masters in Science
FDF: Minimum 1 year of experience in reputed companies with exposure in regulated markets
API: Minimum 1 year of experience in reputed companies with exposure in regulated markets
Formulations / process knowledge
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
EHS knowledge
Knowledge of SOPs
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required / preferred. (Recruiter delete option not appropriate)
