Essential Qualification: 10+2 with Science Stream (Physics/ Chemistry/Biology): Technical Quali-fication : Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of Inda and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Age Limit as on from the date of publication: Between 18 to 30 years
(Relaxable for Government servants upto 35 years in acco'dance with the instructions or order issued by the Central Government).
Note- The crucial date of determining age limit shall be the dosing date for receipt of application from candidates in India (Other than those in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep.
In respect of posts, the appointment to which are made through the Employment exchange, the crucial date foi determining the age limit shall, in each case, be the last date upto which the employment exchanges are asked to submit the names.
Note-
(1) CGHS Lucknow is fully computerized. The computer knowledge is desirable.
(2) Applicants should clearly write the name of post applied for on the envelope.
(3) Age relaxation:- OBC-(Non creamy layer)-3 years. Handicapped -10 years, Ex-servicemen-services rendered in Army, Navy or Air Force plus 3 years.
(4) Number of costs may vary.
(5) Those candidates already employed in Govt-/Semi GovtVAutonomous institutions should submit their application through their employer and furnish ’ NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE.
